Marc Roberts has owned and sold one of the largest portfolios of real estate in downtown Miami. Throughout his career he has pioneered multi-billion dollar projects including the American Airlines Arena, the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and the new Federal Courthouse.
Marc and partners Michael Simkins and Romie Chaudhari now own most of the Miami Innovation District.

Romie Chaudhari is a Miami based entrepreneur who has spent his career developing real estate projects, building companies and making investments in a wide array of businesses.
He has engaged in numerous successful developments in both urban and suburban areas across the country.
NICK GODIN
Partner
Nick Godin has participated in the build out and launch of over 100 software projects in the last 10 years. Most notably, Beats by Dre, GhostTunes, HyperIce, and CurbStand.
He and his partners went on to build a leading global eCommerce solutions provider which helped their client brands gain market momentum.
